Trading terms
These terms apply to B2B dealers trading on CamperProff. The terms version that applies to a specific trade is stored with the acceptance. A generated PDF is not an electronic signature.
Who may trade
Invite-only B2B. Legal persons acting in the course of business, with company name, country and VAT number. Consumers have no access and no 14-day withdrawal right.
CamperProff’s role
For auction and buy-now the purchase agreement is concluded directly between seller and buyer. CamperProff operates the platform and is not a party to the trade, not a payment institution and not escrow. The purchase price is paid directly to the seller against the seller's invoice, no later than 3 bank days after the invoice has been made available on the trade page. Bank days are Monday to Friday except Danish public holidays and bank closing days (including the Friday after Ascension Day, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve). Secure payment is coming soon.
Bids and acceptance
Auctions start and end on bank days between 08:00 and 15:00 Danish time; an auction that would end on a weekend or public holiday ends on the next bank day at the same time. A bid is binding until a higher valid bid is placed or the auction ends. If the auction ends below the seller's reserve, the highest bid stays binding for up to 24 hours, until the seller accepts or declines it. A maximum for automatic bids is a binding acceptance of any automatic bid up to that maximum. The maximum can be raised, but not lowered or withdrawn, while the auction is running. Buy-now disappears as soon as a bid reaches the reserve. Hammer, the seller's acceptance or buy-now creates the stored acceptance (actor, time, terms version, amount). That event is evidence, not a qualified eIDAS signature.
Amounts and VAT
All amounts are in EUR. Fees are exclusive of VAT. Conversions to other currencies are indicative. CamperProff transport only within Denmark. Danish businesses pay 25 % Danish VAT on the fees. Businesses in other EU countries with a VAT number confirmed in VIES are invoiced without Danish VAT (reverse charge). Without a confirmed VAT number you cannot trade.
Guaranteed minimum price
A guaranteed price requires a specific offer approved by CamperProff and accepted by the seller. AI assessments are not offers. CamperProff carries the approved guarantee. With a guaranteed price, the buyer pays 0.75%, capped at €350, plus VAT. On a completed sale, the seller receives the guarantee plus 70% of positive uplift; CamperProff receives 30% without a cap. No additional seller commission or listing fee. The guarantee covers the accepted auction. If it ends without bids, is withdrawn, or the buyer does not pay, the guarantee lapses and CamperProff pays nothing. The guarantee is only offered with secure payment. Versioned terms are displayed before acceptance.
Payment default
If the buyer does not pay the purchase price by the deadline, the seller can record a payment default. Once secure payment is in use, the platform records the default once the deadline has passed. The buyer's bidding is paused immediately; bids already placed remain binding. The buyer receives the reasons by e-mail and on the website and can object, optionally with proof of payment; the mobile app shows that bidding is paused. GMP Desk lifts or upholds the pause with reasons. No penalty, fee or invoice is charged; any claim for damages is settled between the parties. After a payment default the seller may offer the vehicle to the next-highest bidder at that bidder's own bid; the bidder is free to decline and has 24 hours to answer.
Handover and inspection
There is no independent inspection party. The vehicle must be ready for collection no later than 48 hours after the seller has confirmed receipt of payment; seller and buyer agree the time directly. The buyer confirms receipt on the trade page and may report deviations there within 5 days of receipt. Seller and buyer resolve reported deviations between themselves; CamperProff does not decide them. The purchase price is paid by bank transfer directly to the seller.
